The Town of Carlyle offers a voluntary monthly tax payment plan to help make those large payments easier to handle.
- To qualify for the Pre-Authorized Debit Plan, the account must be paid in full by December 31st of each year.
- The calculation of the payment amount is based on the prior year's tax levy divided by 12 (months) to get the monthly payment amount. This amount is auto-adjusted when the new year taxes have been levied and will appear on your tax notice.
- The monthly amount is debited from your bank account on the 25th of each month.
