The Town has lots for sale  in a new subdivision at the south end of town.  Prices range from $26,500 to 35,500, depending on the size of lot.  Contact the Town Office for more information and details.  See the subdivision plans here.

The Carlyle History Book Committee is working on a new book.  To pre-book your copy, print off the brochure from here.  The Committee is also looking for submissions - don't forget to send in yours!
